Frequently Asked Questions
- Bills are issued the first of each month
- Payment is due on or before the 10th of each month.
- Payments received on or before the 10th are on-time.
- Any payment received after the 10th is considered a late payment and is assessed a late fee (15% up to $5.00).
- To avoid interruption of service, payments must be received monthly prior to the 21st of each month.
- A reconnect fee of $30 will apply if service is interrupted.
- To restore services after hours, an additional $30 fee will apply
- Residential garbage pickup (inside Bristol City Limits) is on Wednesdays
- Please place garbage curbside by Tuesday evening.
- If there is a Holiday during the week, garbage service may be delayed by 1 day.
